- One price covers the whole town for your trade. You're the only one listed for it.
- Cities of 250,000+ are too big for one listing, so they're split into postcode-district zones. Each zone is priced on the same three tiers by the number of people living in it.
- Villages under 1,000 people aren't sold on their own: they come with the nearest town they belong to.
- Town sizes are official figures: ONS Census 2021 built-up areas (England and Wales) and NRS settlement estimates (Scotland). City zones use postcode-district populations from Census 2021 (ONS, England and Wales) and Scotland's Census 2022 (NRS).
Add-ons, once per business however many towns: AI receptionist £29 a month, 100 minutes then 20p a minute. Website £12.50 a month, plus £99 setup.

Inventory providers
One inventory provider per town
Inventory clerks and providers (check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections and inventory reports) list on the same terms and tiers. No lead fees.
There's no statutory inventory certificate. Mention memberships such as AIIC or ABIC as descriptions only, for customers to verify. No logos.

Founding members keep the starting price of their tier for as long as they stay subscribed: £10, £24 or £79 a month, depending on the size of the town. If our prices go up later, yours don't.
Founding prices are available for a limited period; the closing date will be announced before launch. One member per trade per town (per postcode district in cities of 250,000+), as always. City cap still applies. Full terms will be published with the closing date.

Share your link with any gas engineer, electrician, EPC assessor, plumber or inventory clerk you'd happily recommend. When they join and pay their first month, you both get a credit. They get one month of their own area's price. You get an account credit worth one month of their area's price (£10, £24 or £79, by the size of their area), applied to your account. It's one credit per referral, not a free month on every area you cover.
- The credit lands when their first payment has cleared and they're still subscribed after 14 days. It's applied to your account and comes off your next invoice.
- Up to 12 credits per member per year. No cash value, not transferable, and you can't refer yourself or a business you own.
- Exclusivity still applies: they can only claim a town or city zone that's free.

How is the price set?
By the official population of the town: Small (1,000 to 4,999 people) £10 a month, Medium (5,000 to 49,999) £24 a month, Large (50,000+) £79 a month. One price per trade covers the whole town.
What about big cities?
Cities of 250,000+ people are split into postcode-district zones (like M14 or G12), each priced on the same three tiers by how many people live in it.
My village isn't in the list. Can I cover it?
Places under 1,000 people come with the town they belong to, so taking that town covers them too.
Do you charge per lead?
No. Never. Customers contact you directly and every enquiry is yours.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly rolling. Cancel anytime. Annual plans pay for 10 months and get 12.
How many enquiries will I get?
We're new, so we won't promise a number. Enquiries come to you directly, so you'll see exactly what comes in.
Are you part of Gas Safe Register / NICEIC / NAPIT?
No. Compliance Near Me is an independent directory, not affiliated with or endorsed by any register or scheme. We check members' registration numbers on the public registers before listings go live, and we tell customers to verify too.
Who can join?
Gas Safe registered engineers (for gas safety), qualified electricians (for EICRs), accredited domestic energy assessors (for EPCs), plumbers, and professional inventory clerks, with valid insurance. We cover England, Wales and Scotland. Northern Ireland is coming later.
Do I need the AI receptionist or website?
No, they're optional. The listing works on its own. They're charged once per business, not per town.
Can I show my reviews?
Yes. Add your Google reviews link and we'll link to it. We don't host, edit or write reviews.
