Member terms

[Member subscription terms — outline for legal review:

• Unit: one town per trade (official built-up area or settlement), exclusive. Cities of 250,000+ people are sold by postcode-district zone. Places under 1,000 people are included with the town they belong to.
• Listing tiers (a month, per trade): Small town (1,000 to 4,999 people) £10; Medium (5,000 to 49,999) £24; Large (50,000+) £79. City zones are priced on the same tiers by the zone's population. No minimum spend and no multi-town discount.
• Add-ons (once per business): AI receptionist £29 a month (100 min then 20p a minute); website £12.50 a month, plus £99 setup.
• Annual: 12 months for the price of 10 on all areas and add-ons.
• Guardrails: city zone cap (limit per city to be set before launch); areas within reasonable travel distance; founding members keep their tier's starting price for as long as they stay subscribed (closing date [TBC]).
• Referrals ("Give a month, get a month") [draft T&Cs, solicitor sign-off needed]: when a business you refer joins with your link and pays its first month, and is still subscribed after 14 days, you each get a credit: the business you referred gets one month of its own area's tier price, and you get an account credit worth one month of the referred business's area tier price, applied to your account and taken off your next invoice. It is one credit per successful referral, not a free month across every area you hold. Up to 12 credits per member per year. No self-referrals or referring a business you own. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. No credit if the new member cancels within the 14 days. Exclusivity still applies. Members share their own link; we never contact anyone they have not introduced themselves. Closing date: none set [TBC].
